Antwann Ray is the visionary founder of Athlent Sports Group and the driving force behind Athlent U, a groundbreaking NIL education and empowerment platform for high school and college athletes.

A former student-athlete himself, Antwann knows firsthand the challenges and untapped opportunities young athletes face—especially those coming from underrepresented communities. With a passion for mentorship, brand building, and financial literacy, he launched Athlent to ensure no athlete misses out on the power of their own name, image, and likeness.

Why He Started Athlent U

After years of studying NIL policy, marketing trends, and athlete development, Antwann saw a gap in the system: too many athletes were being left out of the NIL boom due to lack of knowledge, resources, or representation.

So, he built a platform that does more than talk about NIL—it teaches it, simplifies it, and gives athletes the actual tools they need to build their brand, secure deals, and stay compliant.

His Mission
